SMANSS Sampoerna Academy has been being famous because of english usage in the school time. This regulation works to support IGCSE examinations for ten graders which is one of curriculum we have in the school. In my academic year 2012-2013 we learn IGCSE (International General Sertificate for Second Education) curriculum for about 6 months and KTSP curriculum for the rest.
To support the system of english usage, the student council (OSIS) created new system which is "SPY" system. Here, the ministry of language choosen many students to work with them as the spies to notice the students who always speak in 'Bahasa' in school's time. It was made to motivate the students to always use English usage.

"You know how lucky I am to be here in this school for having this tradition to support my education of english usage which will be highly needed for the future. Nevertheless, some of us are still lazy to always speak in English but the environment forces us to do it whether or not we want to do it." -Raras Diva Pradipta (success person in the future, aamiin)
This special english usage also makes SMANSS Sampoerna Academy to be well-known by other students from different schools and we really hope that it will be a great start for brighter future of Indonesia to creat knowledge-able Indonesian future leader aamiin.
